Tuition fee from July 1, 2024 - December 31, 2025

• 1 term:         NZD 6,500

• 2 terms:       NZD 11,000

• 3 terms:       NZD 14,800

• Full Year:     NZD 18,500

Less than one term: Tuition fee will be 1 term price.

Tuition fee from January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026

• 1 term:         NZD 6,500

• 2 terms:       NZD 11,000

• 3 terms:       NZD 15,500

• Full Year:     NZD 19,500

Less than one term: Tuition fee will be 1 term price.

Tuition fees include:

• Tuition and associated administration fees

• School uniform on loan from the school (Students need to bring their own black winter shoes)

• ID Card

• Locker, school magazine etc.

• Use of text books

• Goods and Services Tax - GST

Tuition fees do not include:

• Host family costs and associated administration fees

• Insurance

• Stationery

• Write-on notes

• Examination fees

• Outdoor Education and other field trips

• Consumables associated with any subject

• Instrument hire and private tuition

• Personal and recreational costs

• Airport transfer for those schools which incur substantial cost

Insurance

Insurance approximately NZD 1.80 per day (It is a New Zealand Government requirement). Insurance can be arranged by and paid to the school directly. If a student arranges his/her own insurance, it must be checked and approved by the school prior to arrival to ensure it covers potential trips and activities etc.

Contingency Fund

Schools ask students to deposit a Contingency Fund amount (typically NZD 600-1,000) for easier payments for trips etc during the school year. All unused funds are returned to the student after departure.

Examination Fee

If students wish to enter the NCEA exams, a mandatory fee applies. The fee is paid to the school.
